Kay & Co. has launched a free Enquiry & Booking Planner for healthcare practice owners and managers. The browser-based tool helps teams examine what happens between an enquiry and a booking before deciding whether their next priority is marketing, follow-up or appointment capacity.
Owners enter aggregate counts for a group of enquiries from the same period, including how many booked and how many are still waiting for a decision. They can then explore a future enquiry volume and booking-rate assumption alongside their available appointment capacity. The results are planning scenarios, not forecasts or promises of additional patients.
The planner keeps people who are still deciding separate from completed booking decisions. This helps a team avoid labelling every unbooked enquiry as a lost patient. Its action plan gives owners a starting point for a team discussion and can be downloaded or printed.
The tool is free to use without an account or email address. The figures entered into the planner are processed in the page and are not submitted to Kay & Co. The tool does not store entries. Visitors using a shared device can use Clear figures before leaving. It asks for aggregate business counts, not patient names, contact details or clinical information.
A booking is not the same as an attended appointment or a completed treatment. The planner does not assess clinical suitability, revenue, profitability or the quality of care. It uses the owner’s own figures and assumptions, with no claimed industry booking-rate benchmark.
